Roxanne is a Health & Wellness Guide who offers her knowledge and training from North American Institute of Medical Herbalism/Colorado School of Clinical Herbalism, The Gaia School of Healing, Give Peace a Chance Yoga, Dakini's Breath Yoga & The School of Yoga Alchemy & Ayurveda and The Power Path School of Shamanism. She is rooted in her ancestral lineages from Persia, North Africa, Scotland, Eastern Europe and America.

I am a city-girl with a Nature spirit; I am enlivened by learning new skills, by mastering that which I’m drawn to, and shedding my skin to always become the latest version of my best self. I have a been a store manager, a production assistant in commercials and music videos, been a property manager for my family's business, a farmer, a Yogi, a dancer, a Green Witch, a hiker, a healer, now a wife--valuing my self-care and the care of others! 

I am always reinventing myself, always riding the unfolding edge of following my heart.

 I stand for Mother Earth, giving and receiving in right relationship. I stand for reverence for Nature, for womyn’s bodies and every body, for kindness and for continual growth. I stand for equality and balance in all relationships & dealings, I stand for always telling the truth, for freedom in oral and creative expression.

I work in the business world and spiritual-seeking world, and I hold space for both the physical plane and the shamanic plane. I see how they are connected and the transformation that comes with applying holistic lifestyle practices to all.
